·         Outline Reports describing the predominant aspects of the writer’s personality, needs  and motivations.

·         General Reports describing the personality in greater detail;  how the writer’s character functions on most levels in relation to the working environment, social and personal spheres, highlighting the writer’s motivations, aptitudes, limitations and potential.

·         In-depth Reports describing how the writer’s character functions on all levels, consciously and unconsciously, with likely causes and reactions.  Giving deeper psychological insight into needs, conflicts and  motivations (both recognised and unrecognised) and giving a fuller inventory of  aptitudes, strengths, weaknesses and optimum areas of personal or vocational potential.

·         Partnership Compatibility Reports consisting of In-depth reports on each party, together with a compatibility assessment highlighting how the writers are likely to clash and  complement each other.

·         Initial Screenings (generally applicable to 5 candidates and above)  giving a concise  check-list inventory matched to the specific requirements of the job specification or security screening requirements. 

·         Documentation Authentication consisting of advice and verification reports, relating to suspect or anonymously written documents.
